February 27, 2024 - Med ruby red, but on the darker side for a Dogliani Dolcetto Superiore. Not particularly expressive cherry nose. Tannic and not harmonious. Just okay. Had at The French in Naples.

January 25, 2024 - As others have noted, this has a rough, tannic finish for a dolcetto, and feels hot in the mouth to boot. Not terrible for the price point, but surprisingly brawny, and a couple years in the bottle didn’t really soften anything. Not sad to see the last of it. Did not work in an attempted pair with a vegetarian mushroom udon dish.

November 1, 2022 - Not a bad wine, but if you’re looking for a light drinking Dolcetto, this isn’t it. Tannins are coder to a barolo, which can happen in Dogliani wines. Not sure if the tannins will ever really settle down here or not, but the way to enjoy this wine is with a fatty main course, certainly not alone.

February 16, 2022 - Dark fruits and floral notes on the nose. Cherries, raspberries, pepper on the palate. Moderate tannins, medium plus acid, medium body, and a medium finish.

입에서는 적절한 산도와 탄닌, 알콜감이 느껴짐
