October 1, 2021 - Daffodil yellow; initially restrained, this blossoms yet retains elegance & focus (Chablis tendency); white fruits, sprightly acidity, on the lean side; fresh, zippy finish. Decent length. Can be drunk now but i suspect there is an upside.
