April 7, 2021 - salmon like colour with peach reflexes. nose: very soft with medium intensity; wild strawberries, grain, some soft yeasts; very soft strawberries; elegant but medium (-) intensity. taste: medium (+) acidity; wild strawberries, strawberies; dry with some tannins; minerality - limestne, chalk; "cold"; some saltyness in the finish. Could me more yeasty and with better intensity; but elegant on the other hand.
