January 1, 2022 - Excellent elegant and crisp Chardonnay

April 11, 2020 - The nose boasts aromas of lime pith, firm nectarine, dried apricot, starfruit, lanolin and slate. Lighter in weight, but substantive in structure, it offers texturally embracing acid and a slightly juicy edge. Flavors include white peach, nectarine, Fuji apple, cardamom, subtle white pepper and buttered white toast. Really pleasant at this primary stage, this will hit its best phase three to five years from now.
