Community Tasting Notes 2

  • GraffCellar Likes this wine: 90 points

May 11, 2020 - Clear, pale, yellow color
Clean, youthful, pronounced aromas of honeysuckle, grass, lime, grapefruit, orange peel, flint.
Dry, high acid, medium body, medium 12.5% alcohol, medium flavor intensity, with a medium + finish. Flavors of grapefruit, orange, peach, flint, and hay.
    Very good quality.
Drink now but not suitable for long-term agung.

  • La Cave d'Argent Likes this wine: 90 points

April 11, 2020 - This limpid, light yellow wine offers a mineral-laced array of lime zest, white peaches, chervil and chamomile on both the nose and palate. Light-bodied, crisply acidic and without detectable wood or alcohol (12.5%), it stays solid in the middle and closes with a lengthy, mouth-watering finish. Pair this with raw oysters, sushi or similar light fare, preferably over the next couple of years. Drink now-2022.
