July 30, 2023 - Bright and moderate tannins with Bordeaux blend. Needs a good decant at present but likely a 10 year wine.

June 18, 2022 - Reminds me of a Margaux on steroids. Not Ch. Margaux / but it’s got that floral, lavender, lilac bent to it.

Concentrated and structured, this is going to need another 4-6 years minimum to start showing its best, but this is already stunning with air.

    Highly recommended.

February 17, 2022 - Pretty nose, dark fruits, violets, cedar. Palate matches, enveloping fruit style, obviously New World, dried vanilla finish, appropriate structure, tasty drink now or hold.

June 19, 2021 - Deep-dark reddish-purple in color; essentially opaque. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, blackberries & cassis with overtones of floral & earthy/dusty notes, spices, herbs, some cocoa notes, anise, leather & a hint of vanilla/oak in the background. Medium-full bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of cherries, blackberries & plums with spices, cocoa, herbs, minerals & a hint of vanilla/oak. Long lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present with decanting & extended airing, but will benefit from & develop further with additional aging.
