October 21, 2023 - Was concerned this one might have sat a little long in the cellar but nope -- the time really did it justice and it's drinking very well, especially for the price point. Needed a little time to open up as well as to come up a bit in temperature and then all the floral notes along with the minerality left us looking forward to getting around to the other bottle we still have sometime over the winter!

May 22, 2020 - So delightful and refreshing in its' youth. Pale lemon color. Aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit. Typical Cali SB flavors with lime, wet stone and lemon predominate with a pleasant and subdued hint of sweetness interspersed. Medium mouthfeel, crisp and vibrant texture with mineral elements supporting. Lasting, memorable finish. Excellent now with an upside for waiting. Yummie!
