November 21, 2016 - There is orange/mandarin marmelade on the nose, however on the palate, the fruit is green and white notably with marks of apple. Closed on the first day, much more expressive on day 2. Precise and focused palate, good freshness, less complex than the 2003 Font de Michelle Blanc. Works really well with goat cheeses from the local farmers market. Will keep for another 5 years at least.

April 18, 2014 - With the new, clean (and boring) label. A very nice surprise as this is still fresh and flowery on the nose and the fruit is sufficiently restrained to keep everything in check. White and green tinted fruit complemented by spices and just a hint of honey and nuts. Went very well with with a selection of goat cheeses.
