February 4, 2022 - Gold in color. Jackfruit and pineapple on the nose. Floral up front with some tropical fruit in the middle. Weighty and a bit viscous feel with excellent structure. Can almost feel the palate shift from front to middle to finish in steps. Lingering soft, smoky/crem Brule like finish.

    14.5 percent abv.
