November 10, 2023 - An enjoyable bottle of wine paired with balsamic marinated skirt steak. I opened it a few hours before dinner and poured off a taster just to get a little air in the bottle. The first glass was still a little tight, but as dinner progressed the wine came together wonderfully, with plenty of fruit and a nice acidic backbone which paired with the steak beautifully. I'd happily purchase more at the price I paid.
