March 21, 2021 - Opened but did not decant for 2.5 hours. Cloudy in the glass (unfined and unfiltered). Very aromatic with dark cherry, orange peel , and tea on the nose. Well-balanced on the palate with sharp acidity but very refined tannins. Lingering finish. Paired with grilled salmon😀

After sitting corked at 57 degrees for a day, it is even better !
