December 25, 2022 - Ungdommelig med frisk syre og markant tannin.
En syrlig og støvet duft med frugten - modne kirsebær og jordbær, Sprite sodavand - i baggrunden. En del tørret kød, lidt læder/sød tobak og chokolade.
Høj, rød syre og en del bitterhed med tranebær, ribs, umodent jordbær. Let men intens. Bomuldstannin. Noget ristet, som bitter kaffe.
Har ikke stor Barolo erfaring, men den fremstår som en ligefrem, klassisk Barolo. Kompleks, men ikke ligefrem lækker uden mad.
Super til vildtgryde!
Vil tro den vil have gavn af en del længere i kælderen. -

September 23, 2021 - Aroma is quite muted on this time, but I feel potential on palate. Slight flower, mint, manicure which is similar to regional pinot noir. 88-89 for now.
