April 12, 2023 - Hannah's. Nose and palate of honey, lemon verbena, dried pears, and ocean/saline. Excellent palate weight and finish--a serious CB imported by the South African owners of Betz Winery in Washington state.

Tasted at betz family winery, paired with apricot goat cheese spread.
Vibrant color.
Nose - ocean breeze, celery, muted wildflowers.
Front, minerality, saline, pebbles, gentle tangyness, but of oak
Back, acidity levels up, touch of lemon, touch of honey, lingers on the rear of the tongue.
It would pair well with sushi.
