December 6, 2021 - This pours light salmon in the glass. The nose is dominated by massive light cherry notes with some light mineral notes, faint thyme and touches of orange peel. The palate enters on the youthful sweet fruit with, good acid cut that is vaguely green tinged. All in all I would probably blind this as a good quality but not exceptional Provence rosé. I do wonder if aging this just a few years will reduce the ‘baby fat’ on this wine and bring out more minerality.

July 5, 2021 - Great acid, mineral, strawberry and cherry fruit. Long finish.
