April 16, 2022 - Has improved with age. Still needs generous decant to integrate and build some dry fruit flavor. No mistaking where this wine is from. Good but not memorable.

December 19, 2020 - Very enjoyable, better than I though. Fairly savory.

Medium color, just a little bit of browning.

Quite a strong aroma, particularly on the second day. An interesting mix of raspberry, pine and sweet spices.

Medium body, medium acid, medium+ tannin, particularly on the gums and inner cheeks. A nice mix of fairly juicy raspberries and a more vegetal and herbal flavor, which lingers as a fairly long finish.

December 4, 2020 - Delivered more that expected, given the CT community notes. A bit muted upon opening. Oak dominating in the beginning but the fruit evolved with air. Not a crowd-pleaser, somewhat austere, but still interesting secondary notes. Showed its potential with food pairing, as is often the case with clarets. Very nice indeed!

September 22, 2019 - 2h air based on other TNs. Wooden vat fermentation, aged in 100% new oak at 14 to 18 months. 90% Merlot, 10% Cab Franc.

Medium garnet color. Aromas of cherry, plum, oak, vanilla, clove and a hint of petroleum. Silky texture, medium-full body, structured and harmonious, red and black fruit on the palate, with an orange peel and spice finish that lingers for a long time.

November 10, 2018 - Not as good as I might have hoped after all this time. Great on the nose. Decanted. Improved over 24 hours. Pretty good nonetheless
