November 23, 2018 - Still well within its drinking window. Lively wine, well balanced. Color very dark garnet. Muted nose. Red and black berries, a touch of caramel. Nice wine.

September 16, 2017 - Deep red colour with a fresh nose showing herbs, blackberries and a hint of leather. Palate shows more youthfulness with warm fruit and a nice structure. Finish is well balanced. This was very nice with Confit de Canard tonight, but will benefit from some more cellar time to open up more on the nose. These bottles where decanted for two hours, but it was at its best in the end of the dinner. Best 2016-2026.

November 18, 2016 - Took time to open, about 4 hours. Drinking very well, full body, still has a tannic bite, earthy, licorice, some dark plums. Excellent with strong cheeses.
