    September 29, 2023 - The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are fast. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like fig, strawberry jam, prune, dust, coffee, cedar, lead pencil, eucalyptus, meaty, chocolate and barnyard. Tannins still present. Acidity medium. Balanced.

    November 25, 2022 - 瓶醒半小时,中石榴红色,闻香有皮革,野肉,山楂,李子,淡淡泥土气息,入口酸度中高,酒液咸,口中回甘,豆沙状的单宁质感,十分细腻,杨梅汁一般的口感,很淡的青味,一些泥土气息,后段是巧克力和烤面包的香气,余味香草奶油,烤面包,在檀木的香气中收尾,口感很柔和。继续回塞一个半小时,再瓶醒一个小时,香气爆棚,肉鲜,巧克力,香草奶油,李子,红黑果,淡淡草本,入口单宁紧致,细腻如粉,李子,草本,奶油蛋糕,后段香草奶油,余味超长,奶油巧克力和高级的木质香调。不似传统波尔多左岸宏大刚硬的结构,中等酒体,酒液丝滑,口感柔和,富有层次,每个细节都打磨得无比光滑精细,不以结构取胜,而胜在表现力,一浪接着一浪的香气让人大呼过瘾,从开头到结尾不间断地持续输出,一支进入适饮巅峰期的酒,成熟,平衡而又充满张力。

    October 1, 2022 - Red berries, rose hips, oak and sweet spices in the bouquet. On the palate red berries, autumn forest, earth, herbs and spices and some chocolate. Complex and very beautiful wine which is at its peak now. No hurry.

    October 31, 2021 - Big wine but not overly alcoholic or fruit bomb. Double decanted 2 hours. Somewhat muted bouquet, which was disappointing. Dark red, slightly aged border, but not brick-like. Fruit dominant (blackberry) with a small amount of tannins. Decently balanced. Dry yet hint of sweetness. Lacked complexity. Mid to heavy mouthfeel. Still very young. Try again in 5+ years.
