  March 5, 2021 - Again some Entrecôte to pair, just grabbed another bottle of this and pnp,
  strong fragrance of black fruit, some balsamic tones, forest floor,
  started with a fine grip on the palate, delicate black fruit core, very fine but pronounced tannin, gives great structure and with some mineral stone licking here an elegant flow, lively acid in the long finish, perfect pairing with the meat, will improve over the next decade, **(*-****), around 91, 92(+) potential

  July 23, 2020 - Puh, a great thankfulness again to Bilbao for this tip,
  stunning very too young bottle, but pair this with some grilled meat and it works perfectly,
  so well structured with buffering ripe but strong tannin, savoury black rich, delicious fruit, a mineral core with from some Bordeaux well known lead pencil, very fresh mouthfeel despite the high ABV 14,5%, long, lingering finish, will reach real greatness in a decade or so, **(**-?), 92, 93(+) potential
