December 4, 2021 - Garnet colored, medium body.
Lots of vegetable notes, some sour cherries.
Astringent. Lots of tannin, and acidity. Medium finish. Somewhat 'green' right now. Will be interesting to taste in 5++ years. Right now better with food after a very long decant.

November 25, 2021 - Overall a wonderful and thoughtfully crafted red blend. It is playful on the palate, yet smooth and enjoyable. The wine presents strong notes of berry on the nose and on the palate, yet sips quite smoothly with a rich mouthfeel without any sour finish. Pairs well with red meat or fish alike.
