January 17, 2021 - The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like raspberry, Herbes de Provence and fig. It tastes like raspberry, cranberry and cedar. The body is light. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium with medium acidity.
