January 5, 2024 - A beautiful, deep ruby that is translucent in the glass. Scents and flavors of bright cherry, rich truffle, olives, leather and eucalyptus. The silky mouthfeel glides across the palate in near seamlessness. A wonderful wine. Drink or hold, if you have ‘em. Unfortunately, this is my only bottle. No sediment. 14.5% alc. With various cheeses (including Stilton, Cambozola, and a truffled cheese), crusty bread, black olives, and ham relish that paired very well with the wine. 01.05.24. Recommended.

February 15, 2021 - Wonderful, paired with linguini and red meat sauce. Aroma of tobacco, leather, clove, black cherry. Nice tannic structure that continued to grow smoother during the meal. Opened for 30 minutes prior to tasting, was great at the start and only got better.
