September 15, 2022 - Still needs a ton of time I think. Was a bit concerned about the burnt walnut but was only there for the first few moments after I opened the bottle. Has me scratching my head. What in the world is that? A fully extracted and nicely oaked pinot that will take a long time to possibly become good. One thing that worries me is the SO2 seems to have some effect on the intensity (or lack thereof) of aroma I typically associate with a well made cool climate pinot noir. Need to try this next to a typical Hyland Coury Clone to understand the issue at hand here. I still haven't had a bad bottle of PGC, but I’m not in love yet.

November 17, 2021 - Great berserkerday purchase. This is the "secret" one that carries a different label than the CT name. Wow what an awesome pinot this is. Still young but couldn't help myself. Darker fruit medium acidity and young tannins, rich purple hue. For sure needs more time but very enjoyable now. Glad I jumped on this offer.

January 22, 2021 - Wine Berserkers Relief purchase. Just a dang good wine. Its still young and needs a good amount of air, we opened this about an hour before opening and just let it sit in the bottle for a bit, then enjoyed a glass or two a night for three nights to follow. it was still firing on all cylinders on night three when we finished the bottle and we enjoyed it the whole way through. on the darker fruit side for pinot but balanced well and still mineral driven with a good acid backbone. yum.

January 16, 2021 - Coravin’d. Darker pinot. Light bodied, complex, leaning towards overripe strawberry rather than cranberry. Not a lot of secondary notes at this point. Very well structured and probably will age quite nicely.
