August 7, 2022 - Intensive fruity and floral nose combined with minerality
Cherries, blueberries, minerality, violet, with an almost meaty intensive taste.

July 4, 2022 - Quite open, in its drinking window for sure but I wouldn't keep it for much longer. The fruit is starting to fade slightly IMHO.
