December 25, 2021 - One of our faves from Ram’s Gate. Loads of floral notes with a touch of tropical flavors (lychee?) on the initial nose and palate. But nice, long finish. Continues to evolve in the glass. Well integrated oak that doesn’t overpower the flavors. Showing really well right now.
