  Aromatic, chalk, mineral yeast slight sourdough bread, oyster
  
  Sweeter than I expected from the nose. Medium acidity full bodied for white
  
  Long mineral finish, like entering a cave, slight bitterness in there that fades
  
  Interesting 3.5
