Community Tasting Notes 1

November 16, 2021 - Decanted a few hours. Easily the most structured/full bodied of the Tempier reds. Same gaminess as the others but offset by ripe dark fruit (plums, blackberry), vanilla/oak, smoked meats and black tea. Visibly denser and needing a lot more time in bottle. The fruit here lacks some of the fruit purity that Tourtine and Migoua process but makes up for it with intensity.

The Cabassoua fruit is more Bordeaux who like the other two are more Piedmont Nebbiolo? Nonetheless unique stuff.
