December 4, 2022 - Very nice. Fruity strawberry and berries. Full and medium finish.

August 19, 2022 - Thin garnet. Touch of VA on the nose but otherwise faint.. ? candied strawberry.
In the mouth, dry blue and black fruit with lime ease in the opener, with iodine. Chewy tannins enter with leather astringency and bramble. Leather, cold herbs, black pepper and salty iodine in the finish.

June 19, 2021 - Jumping on the Galicia revival again, this time from Raul Perez's personal project. Mencia led, w/ Bastardo & others. Low sulphur, 12m I'm old oak, unfined & unfiltered.

N: Brisk, some zippy VA, red apple acidity, brooding, smashed cooked raspberries, iodine, snapped rosemary stems.

P: Savoury forest berries dominant, more iron, granite texture med+ tannins & acid. Leather, star anise, unripe rosemary. Tasty, but a little flat/samey, preferred the VO. Subtle cream.

    F: Granite, white pepper.

January 17, 2021 - Attractive blueberry and plum fruit, not quite integrated with a pronounced green streak. Lacks a bit of energy and deficient in grip on the palate.
