January 23, 2021 - Decanted 30 minutes. 2nd bottle and drinking wonderfully now. Dark rich cherry with subtle earth. Well balanced. Suspect more tertiary flavors will develop and will hold last bottle for 3 -5 years.

July 7, 2020 - Best bottle yet. Slight bricking. Saturated dark flavors with bracing cherry and strawberry coating the palate, an earthy finish. Excellent length and complexity. Drink now - 2028.
