December 7, 2023 - Nose: bright fruits (raspberry, red plums), warm spices, herbal smokiness
    Moderate acidity, subtle tannins.
    Bright mouthfeel
Great with paprika pork, sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts

January 12, 2023 - I know swimming, drinking well. Fruity but also dry. Enjoyed it with ham and scalloped potatoes

August 29, 2022 - Medium ruby red colour. Lots of dark fruit aromas with some vanilla and black forest cake notes. Still very punchy with some acidity to complement the dark berry taste. Could certainly cellar for longer if needed. Definitely some tannins initially but evened out over the course of an hour. Mild aftertaste with some leather and hint of sweetness. Great after-dinner wine and also paired well with steak et frites.

April 28, 2021 - Full of flavor dry yet subtle hits of chocolate and plum

March 8, 2021 - Pours medium ruby with aromas of crushed blackberry, plum, leather, vanilla bean and cedar. Notes of black cherry, cedar and white pepper. A smooth mouthfeel transitions to vibrant, firm tannins leaving and a medium dry finish.
