Pale yellow.
Bright on my palate. Pear and green apple.

March 22, 2021 - caveat to the score.. not a big fan of SB. predominately SB. blend was 75% Sauvignon Blanc, 23% semillon and 2% muscadelle..
straw yellow, clear and bright. Green apple, crisp very California SB in style. not NZ style. Mouthfeel was round, full and tropical.. finish was long with a typical bitter SB finish.. Decent wine. buy it again? personally no.. but it was solid just not a favorite.. -

May 1, 2020 - Light hay color. Clear. Light weight. Dry. Scents and tastes of lemon grass, stone fruit, dragon fruit, and green apple. A nice light sauv blanc with a nice balance of flavors and not to overpoweringly sour. Decent length finish.
