September 1, 2021 - A bit of sweetness (taste and viscosity) balanced by good acidity. Really good with Korean tacos. Bargain for 12$. Have had several vintages and never disappointed. I have a low tolerance for sweetness and this just skims in under the bar. I like it a little on the chillier side.
