  April 23, 2022 - Bottle 1169g. Moderately intense aromas of white grapefruit, peach. Dry but not bone-, with elevated acidity, just medium body, 12.5°. Grapefruit and white pepper. Pleasant.

  March 4, 2021 - Wide range of aromas/flavors - citrus, salad greens, hint of smoke and tell-tale white pepper. Refreshing elevated acidity. This bottle makes my wonder why I don't have Grüner more often!

  January 5, 2021 - A savory and herbal as much as fruit and floral nose with fresh peas, pitted fruit, some melon, and florals. Light bodied graceful and lifted with a nice salty feel to it. Texturally lacy with bright acidity that's beautifully balanced with the fruit and soil components. Finishes with some peach pit and stony notes. Refreshing. Lovely.
