  December 23, 2022 - PnP ready to go. Rich and great depth with notes of tar and tobacco box, dark fruits and just a touch of oak on the fringes.

  April 23, 2022 - Deep ruby in the glass with purple hue. Bold, opaque center. Very viscous with concentrated, glass staining legs. Primary aromas of ripe plum, blackberry, and dried cherry. Secondary aromas of mushroom and talc. With oak notes of vanilla, light cedar, and some maple syrup! Palate is dry with medium acidity and structured tannins. High alcohol and medium body. Finish is chalky and slightly bitter with moderate length.
