October 5, 2023 - 2018 was a horrible year for wine in Virginia but RdV has produced an really nice wine here. I think it won’t age as well as other vintages but it will drink well for the next few years

August 12, 2022 - This wine is seriously disappointing. All my wife and I taste here is rain water. Maybe if I'd paid $15 for it I would feel that were acceptable, but much like the 2018 Friends and Family, they should not have made this. I'm honestly terrified to try the 2018 Lost Mountain that cost 133% more than this.

April 30, 2021 - Another great release from rdv. I was a little nervous because I know 2018 was a difficult vintage in Virginia, but this was definitely worth every penny. Great complexity and balance, leaning more towards earthy notes than fruit notes but I am excited to see how this ages
