July 23, 2021 - Needs a lot of air and then becomes “almost there”. Decent balance between grape and oak, with the Wood not taking over. No overdosing of sulphur either. A simple, yet honest and rather pure, new World Pinot Noir with an almost old World feel to it two days after the Cork left the bottle.
