  April 20, 2024 - I find this to be very young still... The acidity is in check but it's roaring with a lot of energy and bubbly as can be. The fruit is still bright considering the depth of wood here. The minerality is delicate and ethereal, hinting at more to be revealed. A fun ride but I think a couple of years will pull it together into something more serious.

  December 31, 2023 - Yum yum! Strong brioche nose. Salinity and oyster shell on palate. Strong acidity. Paired well with Winnimere cheese from Jasper Hill

  November 21, 2022 - Opened yesterday, just a few ounces left today to make this note. September 2019 disgorgement, the 70/30 blend of Chard/Pinot Blanc. This is distinctly juicy, with a lemon oil note, anise and some melon from what I would assume is the Pinot Blanc. As the wine finishes, the green apple, pear and anise carry the finish. There is a juicy, spicyness to this vintage of Presence, with both giving a solid length to the wine's finish. Good energy here, plenty to carry the wine for those who want to age it, just keep in mind this is sans soufre so if you have concern about the missing sulfur, then perhaps open the wines sooner, enjoy the juicy quality to what is here.

  Some tropical fruits, saline and refreshing acidity. I like the wilderness of this champagne. Anyway balanced. 92
