December 7, 2021 - Almost translucent ruby. Very floral on the nose. Violets mostly. Almost like smelling a real bouquet. First taste was also primarily floral with a bit of raspberry/cranberry mixed in. At first, this tasted like a pinot noir/cru Bojo mix. After an hour or so, the flower petals on the palate receded and the berries took over followed by a very peppery end.

September 9, 2020 - Light bodied and almost translucent. Red berries and floral notes on the nose. Bright acidity and a surprising amount of tannins - almost leathery - on the tongue. The tannins give way after a bit of air to reveal an easy drinking, fruity and bright wine.
