December 28, 2022 - Nose of fairly ripe red fruit with modest oak spice. Palate tastes of drier fruit like cherry and red currant with some tobacco and green pepper accents. Fairly high acidity. Somewhat drying tannins. Good food wine--nice match with filet mignon. 90+
