July 2, 2021 - Drank from the magnum with bluefin tuna sashimi. Just wonderful, notes of Rosé petals, resolved tannins, bright fruit (pineapples, melon, and some green apple). Long finish, and was a wonderful partner with the fresh caught 142 pound bluefin tuna toro. Very much Domaine Tempier in style; however this is ready to drink now. Can’t see this aging like a Donaine Tempier.

July 5, 2020 - Hints of caramel and not overly sweet Rose. Grab ache and Mouvedre blend from Sonoma.
