December 27, 2020 - First smell - tobacco. But cannot identify anything else. First taste - smooth but with some tannins. With Prime Rib and Caesar salad. Great compliment. Doesn’t overwhelm the dinner. Just adds to all the flavors of meat seasoning and dressing on salad.
