Community Tasting Notes 2

February 9, 2022 - Acidic at the beginning then smoothed out slowly. Smoky and burnt wood with a bit of chalkiness on the palate. Not very fruit forward but some cassis and leather on the nose.

December 11, 2021 - Chocolate mint nose, unctuous palate with balanced acidity, but still missing fruit concentration. New world winemaking and this is quite tasty if not super interesting. This is drinking well now and not likely to improve.
