June 30, 2022 - Light yellow color. Aromas of melons, white peach, limes and minerals. Ripe, full-bodied fruit in the mouth with excellent depth and length. Full and oily mouthfeel initially and then citrusy and grassy on the finish. Delicious with the varied seafood appetizers at Burrata Restaurant.
