Nice clear pale golden straw colour. Aromas of lemon oil, stones, honey, petrol, green apples.
Drinking initially at 57 F.
Definite flavours of petrol, stones, honey, lemon and green apples. Some background sweetness, but the acidity is still really there to keep it from getting sappy. I would call this dryer and less sweet then a kabinet style. Really a pleasant tasty wine. Medium bodied, crisp mineral driven , medium to long finish. As the bottle warms, more of an oily mouthfeel develops. -
