January 4, 2023 - Monovarietal de xarel·lo vermell trabajado con los hollejos (brisado). Color ámbar. Nariz bien definida, fruta blanca (pera Williams), algun matiz cítrico, miel ligera. En boca tiene buen ataque, pasa fluido, con notable frescura, cierta mineralidad y bastante longitud.
