Chrisinroch Does not like this wine:
May 11, 2020 - The lightest bodied Merlot I've ever seen. Odd bricking in such a young wine, hot nutty alcoholic nose leads me to believe it's Madeira-ized...
...except it tastes actually like Madeira; sweet, Port-y, nutty Madeira. Not great, but drinkable. I'm wondering if this is just how this wine ages. It's got a lot of RS and nutty (figgy?) fruit. The label says 12.7% but it tastes HOT. I'm kinda baffled by the whole thing.
