November 22, 2023 - Pietradolce Winery Tasting (Solicchiata, Sicily.): Step up from the Bianco albeit different vintage.
I was surprised that this did not see any wood.
Oily almost turpentine nose. Flinty and fresh. -

November 22, 2023 - Pietradolce wine tasting in Sicily with Ming Yao - my favourite of the tasting experience. Excellent QPR at ~40euros. Very floral nose which turns sweet like nectar with time, honey. Will seek for it.

July 19, 2022 - In Noto w shellfish pasta - light clear yellow - clean immediate yet restrained nose of lemons and white peaches. Crisp clean acidity but in check. A bit riper in comparison to the 2020 drank the night prior.
