November 4, 2023 - Blackberries, cherries of a darker kind, black currant, plums, bay leafs and some black pepper.
Will probably Open up more and will keep my other bottle for a few years.
With that said I really enjoyed this one to a bœuf bourguignon at this stage. -

October 14, 2023 - Flesh, dark cherries and black berries on the nose. In the taste also white pepper appears with oak in the finish. The alcohol was a bit disturbing and the taste was quite closed and it felt like the wine didn’t opened up. Anyhow the wine is more rich now than three years ago. Medium+ body, medium tannins and medium acidity.
