July 21, 2008 - Threw this in the freezer after using what we needed for paella, and it was pretty good. Lots of apple, grapefruit, and mellon on both the nose and the palate. Nice wine, and more sauv blanc than chardonnay-esque because of the lack of oak. Regardless, a pleasant treat, and thanks to Paul and Lisa for giving us this bottle!

January 2, 2008 - Clear,Light Straw color, Low intensity-Clean on the nose, Light banana and peaches, Clean on the palate, nice acidity, alcohol seems high and makes this wine slightly off balance, nice finish after the heat wears off.
