June 22, 2009 - Earth and red cherries on the nose and palate and worked very well with the grilled salmon. Sad to say, this was my last bottle, but with the youngest son and his bride, it was just great!!

December 22, 2008 - I was a little worried when it poured a tinge of brown rather than that bright pinot red, but after decanting and swirling, it had cherries on the nose and it tasted fresh cherries on the palate - it was wonderful. Previous bottles had more earth than this one, but it was great!

August 9, 2008 - Oh yeah ... it still has it! Although lighter in color and body than some, this is still a wonderful wine. Earth and cherries on the nose and on the palate. It was great with the salmon!
