June 23, 2019 - Irresistible! Dream wine. Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan, biodynamic, no intervention. Information on the web says carbonic maceration, but the wine is so elegant, so smooth and polished I am not sure if the info is true. So fresh and full of energy, yet calm and balanced. Strawberries, orange liqueur, plum. Grippy tannins and long finish. Changing with time and drinking too fast.
